Connect Slack
Post new evidence where your team already reads.
Slack is where most teams read what users said. Connect it once for the workspace, then decide per study which channel hears about what.
Connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and choose Connect. A workspace admin needs to approve the app the first time.
- Review the scopes. ProductSignal asks to post messages and read the channel list. It cannot read messages.
- Open a study, choose Share → Slack, pick a channel and what to post.
What gets posted
- New evidence
- Each new quote on a study, with who said it and their company. On by default.
- Weekly digest
- Monday morning summary of every active study. Off by default.
- Study finished
- When a study reaches its cap or is closed, with a link to the summary.
