How connecting works

Ten minutes, no engineer required

Every connection is OAuth. You see exactly which scopes we ask for, and you can turn any of them off from the same screen you turned them on.

    Authorise

    Sign in to the tool from Settings → Integrations. An admin approves once; no API keys to paste, no agent to run.

  2. 02

    Choose what we read

    Pick the inboxes, boards or segments that matter. Read-only by default; we never write to a source tool, and we never read private notes.

  3. 03

    Match people

    Users are matched on email or your own ID, so the interviewer knows what someone said to support last month before it says hello.

  4. 04

    Evidence flows back

    New evidence posts to a Slack channel, and a topic can open as an issue in Linear or Jira with its quotes attached. Nothing is created without a rule you wrote.

Tell us what you use and we’ll build the integration on demand, quickly. Until then, studies, interviews and evidence are available over a REST API with the same permissions as the app. Webhooks fire on every new piece of evidence, and a CSV import covers the rest.

Permissions
Read-only on sources, scoped to the objects you pick. Outbound writes only where a rule you created says so.
Disconnecting
One click. Tokens are revoked at once and synced data is deleted within 30 days, or immediately on request.
Compliance
GDPR, DPA on request. SSO via SAML on Enterprise.
