What changed
Workspaces can now run entirely in the EU. Transcripts, evidence and the models that process them stay in Frankfurt, and nothing leaves the region for processing.
What stays in region
Everything a user says: the transcript and every quote drawn from it. Billing and account details are held separately and contain no interview content.
Existing workspaces
Nothing changes unless you ask for it. If you want an existing workspace moved to the EU, tell us and we will plan the move with you. Studies keep running while it happens, and we confirm in writing when the old copies are deleted.
The DPA has been updated to match. If you have questions about where your data lives, the security page lists every subprocessor and the region it runs in.
